Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum
Probably the best way to experience the Tucson desert up close (other than at the wedding itself) is this zoo, which is built right into a nature preserve. You will regularly see huge lizards running across the path, and there are mountain lions, desert creatures, and plenty to see and experience. The entire tour is quite a long walk, but so worth taking your time and catching a glimpse of some rare desert creatures.

The Pima Air and Space Museum
Tucson is famous for housing some of the most famous commercial and military aircraft from the first world war to the most recent test aircraft. This museum is famous nation-wide and is a great stop for anyone interested in aviation.

See some of the gorgeous Arizona greenery in luscious gardens. Beautiful gardens, a café with tasty treats, this is a great place to spend a peaceful Tucson afternoon.
